Our client is a growing manufacturing company in King of Prussia, PA, where your expertise will play a critical role in driving financial accuracy and supporting business growth.
Job Description- Executing monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports)
- Managing AR collection activities
- Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices; entering, posting and reconciling batches
- Ensuring accurate receivable records and verify outstanding account balances
- Creating financial reports relating to account receivable function and status of accounts
- Handle credit inquiries and correspondence
- Completing AP cycle for vendors
- Ensure proper and timely communication with internal and external partners
- Creating new processes to improve financial efficiency and internal controls evaluations
- Process and reconciliation of payroll, expenses and reimbursement
- Monitor margin on orders
- Provide management with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis

The Successful Applicant- A bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an accountant role or similar experience
- In office 5 days a week
- Experience with Sage would be a plus
- Experience with Inventory Control is a plus
- Working knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
- Exceptional focus on attention to detail and accuracy in deadline driven environment, maintains sense of responsibility and ownership to see tasks through to completion;
- Excellent customer-service mindset, judgment and creative problem-solving skills;
- Entrepreneurial team player, comfortable working in ambiguity and ready to multitask;
- Exceptional communication skills
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate based in King of Prussia, PA will provide and control activities in the accounting function. The candidate will be responsible for playing a key operational support in the US expansion and will be counted upon to ensure accurate financial solutions. He/She will oversee reconciliation and resolution of customer issues and will be trusted with the function and building best practices within it.
