Qualis LLC is looking for a Project Analyst to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL. The Project Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of defense acquisition programs. This position involves gathering data, conducting analysis, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development of project schedules and timelines, tracking progress and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Assisting project managers with scheduling, tracking cost, and supporting procurement.
• Providing analytical support for project planning and execution, including the identification and mitigation of risks.
• Preparing project documentation, briefings, and reports for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Facilitating meetings, coordinating project activities, and ensuring alignment among project teams.
• Maintaining databases and project management tools to provide visibility into project status and resources.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and enhance project processes.
• Supporting the financial management of projects, including budget tracking and resource allocation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in project support or a relevant role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting; ability to analyze complex information and generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; capable of presenting data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.
