• Creating and sending packing list to 3PL’s for containers we have on sea.
• Creating and sending collection notes to both 3PL’s when partners have confirmed their orders and payment has been received.
• Updating our CRM system with correct departure dates from 3PL’s by completing all invoices.
• Liaising with our US partners who have orders in stock to try and arrange delivery / collection asap.
• Help aftersales department dispatch warranty parts from both 3PL’s to partners. Send with spas if possible.
• Help marketing department dispatch POS from both 3PL’s when ordered. Send with spas if possible.
• Help Both US account mangers with any inquiries they may have regarding stock / ETA’s or deliveries.
• Arrange bi-weekly meeting with both US 3PL’s to iron out any issues and go over ways we can improve our service.
• Investigate an raise claims with 3PL’s or transport companies for any damages made to our goods whilst in their possession.
• Reconcile any invoices that are made to superior wellness for Delivery of goods / Dispatch of goods from 3PL’s / Transport companies.
• Work very closely with a couple of transport companies to make sure we are receiving competitive rates for our partners.

• Excellent account management and customer service skills
• Team player good at communicating internally between departments
• Experienced at communicating with shipping agents
• Excellent Microsoft skills
