We are accepting applications for the role of an Accounts Payable Clerk. This opportunity is based in a manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be involved in operations including customer applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Tasked with the maintenance of precise customer credit records.
• In charge of resolving customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take action when necessary.
• Manage account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the accounts payable process, including check runs and invoice coding.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Operate and navigate the SAP system for various tasks.
• Involved in the processing of invoices as part of the accounts payable function. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.
• Proficient in account reconciliation with a proven ability to identify discrepancies.
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and systems.
• Skilled in performing check runs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Expertise in coding invoices correctly to ensure proper account allocation.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software for managing financial transactions.
