We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Innovation Developer - Mid, based remotely across the United States. As an Innovation Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our product offerings through rapid prototyping and development activities.
Your work will involve a variety of tasks, including reverse engineering code, hypothesis testing, solution architecture development, idea generation, and project summary demonstrations.
Responsibilities:- Develop innovative products and improve existing offerings through hands-on rapid prototyping and development activities.
- Test new ideas in areas such as AI, machine learning, UX analytics, and blockchain via small scale technology pilots.
- Reverse engineer code, perform hypothesis testing, and develop solution architecture.
- Generate ideas and prepare project summary demonstrations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate progress regularly.
- Utilize tools such as GitHub, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
- Exhibit strong technical and presentation skills and maintain a proactive approach to work.
- Apply analytical skills to solve problems and design user-centric technology solutions.
- Execute tasks based on loosely defined requirements and present findings.
- Maintain a passion for technology and user-centric design. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in analytics, able to analyze and interpret complex data
- Solid understanding of design principles, with a focus on user experience (UX)
- Ability to deliver effective presentations to various stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of project management tools such as GitHub and Atlassian Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field
- Experience with R Code and Microsoft Azure for application development
- Familiarity with AWS technologies and Atlassian tools
- Proven track record of driving innovation in previous roles
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning techniques
- Experience with scale-out architecture and Microsoft Teams
- Capable of demonstrating software features through demos
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in Software Engineering
- Ability to effectively manage time and progress on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to execute projects, from conception to launch
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
