Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Philadelphia(link removed)>
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
- 2+ years of substantive experience in commercial litigation(link removed)>
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of case development and trial preparation, including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, conducting depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and representing clients in court appearances(link removed)>
- Prior law firm or clerkship experience required(link removed)>
- Exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to support and grow the firms national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of complex commercial litigation matters, including case strategy, work-up, and trial preparation.
- Draft and review discovery materials, motions, and pleadings with attention to detail and strategic insight.
- Participate in depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to deliver exceptional results for clients in a dynamic and challenging environment.
