Materials Supervisor – Night Shift (4/10’s)

York, PA

Salary: 57K-60K

Note: Nights are 4(10’s) - 10 hours shifts M,T,W,TH, Friday is optional overtime day. Also some shifts will alternate between day and/or nights (3rd shift)

Skills:

• Supervisor Skills – Supervising 20 to 30 employees
• Forklift Skills
• Warehouse experience
• SAP experience
• Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of all items either from suppliers or production shops
• Plan and coordinate work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of team members
• Ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations.
• Monitor the unloading or loading of all materials into or out of the facility.
• Supervise the movement of material to and from storage in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
• Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
• High school diploma required
• Supervising in an automotive or logistics based industry.
