An Administrative Assistant is a detail oriented who provides various kinds of administrative support to individuals and groups in business enterprises. They often serve as the point of contact for a team or department, coordinating communications and project information.

Key responsibilities: Provides administrative support to individuals and departments across the organization. Manages diaries, appointments and maintain calendars for supervisory staff. Handles correspondence, mails and documents, ensuring they reach intended recipients.
Arranges travel, accommodations, and manage expense reports. Schedules and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events. Prepares and maintains various reports, logs, and data. Serves as the point of contact for a team or a department. Coordinates communications and disseminates information within the organization.
Maintains a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent; further qualifications and experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist is an advantage.
Proven work experience in an administrative or related role. Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving abilities with a talent for managing in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of business operations and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills. Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
