Here's what you'd do: -Responsible for specialized IE services, including lean initiatives, capital project evaluations, plant capacity analysis, and more.-Develops and trains team members with department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures regular audits for the maintenance of such procedures-Integrate Safety, Material Handling, Ergo, Process & Plant Operation request into plant AutoCAD layout-Review and assist plants with cost-saving projects, rebalance plans, and launch allocation planning, including completing and evaluating time studies using the MODAPTS tool set as the measurement tool for work standards to ensure consistency-Develops Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEAs), control plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supports problem-solving initiatives by implementing corrective action-Performing process and capacity analyses by documenting product, resource, and information flow in current operations using tools, including value stream maps, process flow diagrams, time and motion studies, and AutoCAD drawings-Maintaining and updating AutoCAD layouts for supported operations-Assisting business development activities as needed by developing a complete cost model based on information from an RFP
