Project- Manager III

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
• Up to 10% travel

Scope:

• Manages the development and implementation process of company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Plans and directs schedules and budgets.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Working knowledge of fiber optic testing procedures
• Strong organizational, written and communication skills
• Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities
• Works well in team environment and utilizes resources
• 100% fluent English

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Procore procect management software
• Experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of building/reading splice plans
• Knowledge/experience with field/site walkouts
• Hands-on experience splicing and testing fiber optic networks
• Experience providing hands-on instruction in either a field or classroom environment
• Experience with and knowledge of "underground" construction. Trenching, plowing, and boring

• Location: USA - NC - Charlotte
• Duration of contract: 15 Months
• Education/ Experience: Associate Degree required ,2+ years of project management required
