We are looking for a proactive Global Sales Manager to lead international sales efforts for a cutting-edge warehouse automation company specializing in garment handling solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to a growing market and drive substantial impact on a global scale.

You will work closely with teams across North America and Europe, guiding the company’s sales strategy and managing key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing global sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to provide clients with customized, ROI-focused solutions.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in global markets, focusing on North America and Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client success.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance and market trends, adjusting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or an advanced technical qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of leadership experience in technical sales, preferably within warehouse automation, robotics, or related sectors.
  • Expertise in managing international sales efforts, with a focus on North America and Europe.
  • Strong track record of simplifying complex systems and presenting clear, value-driven business cases to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and the Microsoft Office suite.
