POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team. This intern will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our recruitment strategy, optimizing our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure we are leveraging and maximizing capabilities, as well as perform administrative responsibilities as needed.The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Talent Acquisition support and HR Systems & Reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with the scheduling of candidate Interviews
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Post job listings on job boards and social media platforms
- Job description cleanup
- Assist TA Manager and Corporate HR Director in creating a recruitment dashboard
- HR Systems
- Assist in creation of interview scorecards
- Assist with the Implementation of auto grading candidates
- Maintain data integrity
- System maintenance
- Launching and tracking employee surveys
- Generate reports and analysis as needed to support talent strategy
- Other:
- Documentation of processes and training materials
- Assist in organizing company events and corporate activities
- Special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed
- Proactive and eager to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
- HR Internships or administrative experience a plus
- Comfortable performing administrative tasks, as necessary
