We are seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join our team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. You will be tasked with performing complex tasks as an individual contributor, developing new or improved products and/or processes. This role calls for a detail-oriented individual who can assess the feasibility and soundness of design concepts and proposed implementations, and develop complex components or complete products with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and debug new software modules, databases, and other system components
- Maintain existing software modules, databases, and other system components
- Develop design documentation, including class diagrams, function descriptions, flow charts, data structures, etc.
- Coordinate activities with other engineers and organizations to meet project objectives
- Develop test plans, test routines, and test data for unit and integration testing
- Perform automated unit testing and integration testing, and provide support for software validation
- Provide status and progress reports to Engineering Management
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Develop apps, services for transferring data using different protocols
- Interface with supervisor, other team members, and other departments to coordinate project activities. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a C++ Software Engineer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in C Sharp Programming (C#), C# - Sharp, and .NET C++
- In-depth knowledge of C++ and .NET Framework
- Experience in Embedded Development is required
- Familiarity with SVN and Svn Git
- Understanding of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) is essential
- Proven experience working in Agile methodologies
