Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed working on carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC projects across over 2 Million square feet of commercial office space.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maintaining and monitoring building automation system
- Doing carpentry and painting in and around the facility
- Performing minor maintenance and logs tasks
- Providing courteous, high quality service to team members by personally responding to requests for service
- Providing any needed assistance to customers, team members and visitors
- Responding to emergency situations including participation in the on-call rotation
- Monday through Friday hours, however, may be required to work nights, days, holidays and weekends
- Meeting the physical requirements of the job and the ability to work in the environmental conditions listed below to perform common assistant engineer functions and duties
- Performing all duties in a safe manner, following all safety procedures
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
- Relevant certifications or Trade School diploma for HVAC (Universal 608) preferred
- Knowledgeable use of tools of the trade required
- Meet all legal requirements to be able to work in the United States
- Maintaining and monitoring building automation system
- Doing carpentry and painting in and around the facility
- Performing minor maintenance and logs tasks
- Providing courteous, high quality service to team members by personally responding to requests for service
- Providing any needed assistance to customers, team members and visitors
