Regional Sales and Key Accounts Manager

Northeastern US global electronics manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales & Key Account Manager to drive growth in its areas of Photonics, Advanced Vision and Precision Motion.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for the leadership and development of a team of sales managers and application engineers across the eastern region of the United States to promote and maximize growth of the company’s complete range of photonics products through both direct sales and distribution networks.
  • Will also prepare and maintain regular, accurate & detailed regional forecasts and KPI reports as well as support strategic marketing and competitive product analysis programs by Product Management and provide insights to market sizes, drivers, opportunities and threats for each product and market segment, potential new market niches and opportunities, and contract negotiations with existing and new accounts.

Qualifications:

Must have an MBA with a background in Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of business-to-business sales experience in Photonics, Robotics, or Machine Building industries including managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.

Salary up to $200,000 base plus bonus/commission structure and can be based anywhere on the East coast or will relocate to the Boston area.
