Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar for the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support various tasks.
  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ongoing projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and office efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with cloud-based tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in the accounting or tax field is a plus but not required.
