Procurement Specialist

We are currently seeking a temporary Procurement Specialist for a client located in Livermore, CA. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling the company's end-to-end procurement process, possess a deep understanding of supply chain management concepts, and demonstrate astute negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including vendor selection, negotiation, purchase order creation, delivery tracking, and payment.
- Analyze and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies to ensure quality, delivery, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key suppliers.
- Generate and analyze procurement reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field desirable.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and procurement software.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
