Bookkeeper

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

• Effectively manage accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy
• Handle bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks and record keeping
• Perform data entry tasks as needed
• Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Handle month-end close procedures
• Manage payroll activities
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all financial transactions. • In-depth knowledge of Account Reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Strong background in Bookkeeping practices
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of Payroll systems and processes
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
