Attorney opportunity with an established plaintiff employment firm in the valley!

Responsibilities:

• Propound discovery, ensuring all necessary information is gathered for each case
• Conduct depositions, collecting testimonies from witnesses and involved parties
• Defend depositions, protecting the interests of our clients during the deposition process
• Assist with the preparation of law and motion, including Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJ), contributing to the creation of compelling arguments
• Contribute to trial preparations, helping to ensure all necessary documents, evidence, and testimonies are ready for trial
• Collaborate with the team to handle discovery responses effectively

Compensation:

• Salary range
• Up to 140k
• Bonus – usually a discretionary, yearend bonus.
• Benefits
• Medical insurance only, she will find out when it kicks in. It’s about 30 days.
• Full medical, no dental/vision.
• Court holidays off, 80 hours of vacation (10 days), standard sick, the firm isn’t big on tracking these things.

At least 1 year of experience with civil litigation and willingness to commute onsite to Agoura Hills.
