AM Epoxy Operator
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a 1st Shift (7am-3pm) Amorphous Epoxy Operator responsible for Amorphous Core Magnetic Testing, De-stressing, and finishing tasks assigned by the Shift Lead.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Ensure precise measurement and verification of core dimensions
- Mask AM cores prior to coating
- Skillfully apply epoxy coating to AM cores for a flawless finish
- Material handling
- Removing plates
- Tape and clean cores for shipping

- Education and/or Experience: Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills to interpret reports, address inquiries, and present information effectively
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Forklift Operation. Training and certification available
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
