Accounting Clerk

This is a contract to permanent opportunity where you will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Accurately process and enter invoices, focusing on accounts payable
• Manage customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Provide miscellaneous administrative support as needed
• Update pipelines for the sales department regularly
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Competency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing
• Strong skills in Data Entry tasks
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software for accounting operations
• Experience in using Quickbooks Online for financial management
