Our contact center services offices are located in Coral Springs.
Commission based- Positive and great work environment
- Required to pass background check
- Manage high-quality live transfer leads
- This role focuses on inbound calls from customers looking to enroll in ACA
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Use active listening and provided tools to determine the best outcome for your caller
- Utilize your persuasive skills and product knowledge to inform and guide your caller to their most appropriate outcome
- Follow Quality Assurance guidelines & complete required compliance training
- Maintain punctual attendance
Position Qualifications:
- 2-40 or 2-15 license required
- Good/positive customer service practices
- Positive attitude, Self motivated, Ability to multitask
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Nice and beautiful building to work
