Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems into operational status where possible. Assist in the processing of service requests for moves, adds, changes and repairs of the landline telephone service. Assist to program and install automated attendant systems on equipment platforms.
Generate reports for stakeholders and key initiatives. Coordinate the distribution of telecommunications equipment. REQUIRED DEGREE Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S) REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE # YEARS Candidates ACTUAL Years of Experience Experience in telecommunications or a directly related field 1 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT # YEARS REFERENCES Two (2) references of submitted candidates required.
