Customer Service Rep I
Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Representative professionally responds and interfaces directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring customer’s needs are met timely and accurately
- As a Customer Service Representative, you'll ensure that the call center adheres to all policies and procedures specific to each location while addressing customer needs
- You will supply information for daily business operations and handle all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 1 plus years of general experience
