Sr. Customer Service Representative

You'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operation of our customer service department.

• Handle incoming calls professionally, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately
• Utilize system violation software and call center phone systems to research customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Assist in the training and monitoring of other call center representatives
• Support customers in completing credit card transactions for violation payments
• Regularly check work email and other company communication channels
• Aid in the hiring and onboarding process of new call center representatives
• Participate in annual performance appraisals of employees and issue disciplinary warnings when necessary
• Process other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager.
• Proficiency in various computer programs.
• Experience with CRM tools essential.
• Capable of efficient data processing.
• Familiarity with Epic Software required.
• Profound knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Comfortable with using About Time for project management.
• Proven track record of answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner.
• Understanding of benefit functions.
• Ability to handle billing functions.
• Experience in claim administration is desirable.
