Child and Family Clinician sought for a multidisciplinary child, family, and adult mental health practice in Charlottesville, VA. This practice provides full administrative support for clinicians, including internal billing, referral screening and call back, and full-time receptionist who provides notification of patient arrival and payment collection.
We seek a child and family oriented clinician with 2 years post-license experience for a practice that includes primarily Clinical Psychologist, but also a full time Child Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and two Social Workers.
The ideal applicant will have experience conducting evaluations and providing individual and play therapy with children, individual therapy with adolescents and adults, parent consultation, and/or family and marital therapies.Prefer systemic thinker, though theoretical orientation is not as critical as maturity, ability to function effectively as a team member and colleague, and solid communication skills.
