responsibilities: The Expertise You Have

Bachelors or equivalent with 2+ years of experience or Masters with instructional design or related field.
2+ years of experience in instructional design and content development of online learning, classroom learning, and virtual learning in a corporate setting.
Creation of learner-centric experiences and content that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application.
Evaluation of learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.
Ability to multi-task, manage own workload, and maintain flexibility in a work environment with changing priorities.
Ability to translate content from subject matter experts to meaningful experiences on how associates can be developed.
Collaborating with peers to build solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.
Experience in financial services preferred.
Ability to travel.
