We are actively seeking highly motivated and interpersonal Outside Sales Representatives to have the opportunity to become part of our team and represent Frontier Communications Inc.
Field Sales Compensation Plan:
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions with 1st year on-target earnings of $7K-133K+

Field Sales Representative Responsibilities Involve:
- Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training.
- Conduct B2B outside sales with small to midsize businesses.
- Develop your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations.
- Open communication and support with your team throughout each day.
- Offer local businesses a full suite of Frontier Communications Inc. products and services.
- Track and manage your sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM daily.
Field Sales Desired Qualifications:
- Tenacious sales closer with a desire to make $100K+ within your first year.
- Confidence and proficiency using current technology is a MUST.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Aspiration to grow within Trelevate's Career Development Program.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
- 4-year degree preferred, but not required.
- MUST HAVE a valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- MUST BE authorized to work in the United States.
