Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team, with 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, including performance monitoring, coaching, and training of sales representatives.
- Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Set team goals and present revenue reports to upper management.
- Participate in the interview and hiring process for sales department candidates.
- Foster a high-performance team culture to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and adapt to emerging markets and industry shifts, staying aware of new products and competition.
- Review and analyze sales calls with customers and prospects, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Monitor bid opportunities through the Company CRM system, ensuring best practices in follow-up and lead qualification.
- Assist in training and developing new Sales Team Members.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to track the progress of team members and develop promotions and sales contests to boost productivity.
- Develop and utilize training resources to enhance the professional growth of the Sales Department.
