POSITION REPORTS TO: (SPECIALIST - ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES) SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Greets all incoming visitors and employees, answers and directs telephone calls, takes and distributes telephone messages via phone and voicemail (when applicable).
- Generates/assembles meeting packets, letters and other documentation as requested.
- Assists in the maintenance of the office record and filing system.
- Directs incoming vendors with packages to the package delivery door.
- Maintains current employee/project phone list information.
- Posts monthly staff news to the company’s Intranet system.
- Orders office supplies for all departments on weekly basis.
- Schedules meetings, and maintains the Conference Room Schedulers email inbox.
- Maintains a neat working environment in the reception and lobby areas.
- Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by Management.
