We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in our data management assessment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive data analysis.The successful candidate will work closely with our sales leadership team, culminating in a presentation on your findings.
Job Description:
What you will do:
- Identify complicated data sets for review and analysis relating to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Analyze Salesforce database to identify duplicate records and gaps in data entry
- Use connected applications, such as ZoomInfo, to validate data and update as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in data entry processes
- Assist in coordinating tasks related to database management while working closely with cross-functional team
- Monitor project timelines and contribute to meeting project milestones.
- Other duties as assigned
What YOU will bring to C&F:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools
- Basic understanding of database management

Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college/ university
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point is required
- Familiarity with Salesforce and related applications preferred

The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role.
To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
