We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Accounting Processor to join our team, located in ENON, Ohio. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing customer applications, ensuring the accuracy of customer records, and responding to customer inquiries.
You will also be responsible for overseeing customer accounts and implementing the necessary actions. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage processing of customer credit applications
- Maintain the accuracy of customer credit records
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Oversee customer accounts and implement necessary actions when required
- Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Review and verify daily reports for accuracy and completeness
- Accurately input coupon amounts into the system
- Proofread postings to ensure accuracy
- Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
- Maintain basic office duties and uphold a high level of customer service.
- Proven experience in CSR / Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is mandatory
- Strong basic office skills including filing, scheduling, and document management
- Previous experience in Data Entry Alphanumeric is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
