Summary and Essential Functions:This position is responsible for the financial, analytical, and operational support of operations across the company's divisions and businesses.
- Work to optimize financial performance through data analysis and their relationship and influence with the VPs, Directors, Board of Directors, and Accountants.
- Focus on monitoring expenses, internal reporting and identifying opportunities to reduce or mitigate expenses based on comparative financial analyses, reviewing reports, and coordinating with the President, VPs, and Directors.
- Be responsible for providing accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting to the various internal constituents.
- Supervise, lead, and coordinate daily and monthly reporting, month and year-end close, balance sheet, and P&L review.
- Ensure accuracy in reported financial data, adherence to financial deadlines, participation and engage in daily/weekly P&L meetings and lead the divisions through timely and accurate Month/Quarter/Year End close processes.
- Build databases and develop queries and calculations for financial reports.
- Manage and provide oversight for the financial inventory control process.
- Supervising and monitoring client invoicing, AP, and AR related tasks.
