We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Tampa, Florida. This role primarily involves administrative duties within the real estate industry. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing concierge services and managing appointments for the sales agents.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, redirecting calls to the appropriate sales agents.
- Coordinate appointments for sales agents, informing them of client arrivals and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Provide administrative assistance, including data entry and organizing files.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage client data and communications.
- Offer exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of the sales gallery.
- Maintain strong client relations, offering refreshments and ensuring client comfort during visits.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Familiar with Concierge Services
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Experience in Organizing Files
- Strong Client Relations skills
