HR Onboarding Representative

CDI Engineering Solutions is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.
Position Summary:
This position is a 4 to 6 month Contract to Hire, to provide onboarding and employee data system maintenance for employee life cycle.
Responsibilities:
Provide onboarding and hiring support including electronic onboarding, drug and background screening and I9 processing.
Update employee maintence requests (payrate, personal informaton, title, etc) in Paycom/Vision system.
Support of internal customers, suppliers and employees in various geographic locations and time zones likely.
Consistently follow established procedures, process and requirements.
Deliver quality client/employee service and identify and recommend continuous improvement actions.
Ensure employee records are maintained according to company policy and legal requirements.
May be identified to assist in projects or other initiatives such as Accounts Payable, as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience with administration in a Human Resources function.
Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency using computer applications and systems specifically excel.
Attention to detail and deadlines is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Some familiarity with Account Payables.
Education Requirements:
Two year degree or equivalent years of combined education and/or professional experience preferred
