Sales Assistant

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in North Miami Beach, Florida. This role centers around supporting our sales team within the industry, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate sales records.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in providing precise quotes, product support, and lead times to our customers.
• Assist in the resolution of customer orders, account statuses, and related issues.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, to analyze data and offer insights to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed sales trend records to assist in decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Stay updated on new product launches to keep the sales team informed.
• Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Identify and suggest improvements in the sales process.
• Coordinate with the credit department to resolve any credit disputes.
• Build strong partnerships with the sales team to consistently exceed customer service expectations. • Proficiency in Excel Formulas and Microsoft Excel is required
• Should have experience in Data Entry
• Knowledge of e-Filing is necessary
• Ability to Prepare Quotes and Provide Quotes to clients is essential
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• An ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role would be advantageous
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
