- Intensive Behavioral Intervention Specialist: An Intensive Behavioral Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing direct behavior management consultation services to clients, staff members, and family members. These services include client observation, the development and documentation of specific behavior management plans, direct intervention with clients, education and training for staff, and service coordination, among others.
- Outpatient Counselor: An Outpatient Counselor is responsible for a variety of duties related to case development, treatment plan development and implementation, and crisis intervention in individual treatment of clients. The incumbent is responsible for providing individual and family therapy, group support, crisis intervention, as well as other support services to assigned clients. Additionally, Outpatient Counselor will assists the treatment team, including the Director of Intensive Behavioral Intervention Services, Stabilization and Treatment team, Outpatient team, and other members as designated, in the evaluation of clinical services.
- Behavior Consultant: A Behavior Consultant is responsible for providing direct behavior management consultation services to clients, staff members, and family members. - What you need to be considered…
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university required in Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or applicable discipline.
- Be at least 21 years old
- Valid Indiana driver's license and good driving record
- Must meet and maintain background screening requirements of program(s) assigned to.
- No felony convictions or other criminal offenses involving a dependent population.
- Successful completion of pre-employment physical.
Essential Job Functions:
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
