Legacy Treatment Services is a vibrant nonprofit behavioral health organization that utilizes cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practice in treatment and clinical care. Legacy provides services to over 20,000 adults, youth, and adolescents throughout 17 counties in New Jersey.
Our programs provide a complement of services for most ages and needs. This continuum is designed to meet the complex needs of each individual and creates a continuum of services that are able to meet the needs of children, adults, and families through a continuum of services utilizing an integrated care model.We are dedicated to seeking new innovative solutions that help us provide needed services more efficiently while maintaining stable, sustainable growth.
Title: TherapistSalary: $55000 to $65000 / annually depending upon education, experience, and licensure.
This is a 40-hour full-time benefitted position which includes some evenings required:
- Free Supervision provided towards licensure

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Plans, organizes, and implements clinical social work services to consumers and
- Plans for discharge and aftercare.
- Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people, and with community resources used for referral.
- Maintains treatment records.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served.
- The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served.
- Must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group.
Qualifications:
Qualifications- MSW from an accredited school of social work or Master's degree in a related human service field with at least one year of experience required. License required, if applicable.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and if duties require driving, be able to drive an agency-owned vehicle.
- Must be able to travel to and between programs when necessary.
- Must be able to work under required deadlines and schedules, while being flexible to special requests and projects.
- Must be able to professionally handle stressful situations.
