Tax Accountant – 6+ Month Assignment | Onsite in Riverside, RI

Location: Riverside, RI
Job Type: Contract (6+ Months) | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM

Pay rate:$28/hr

We are seeking a Tax Accountant for a 6+ month onsite assignment in Riverside, RI. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for maintaining tax records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of tax accounting experience and be proficient in tax concepts, practices, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update tax records
Prepare local, state, and federal tax returns
Compile tax schedules and reports
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Utilize experience and judgment to meet tax accounting objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in tax accounting or a related role
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, filings, and reporting
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities

Additional Details:

This Tax Accountant role requires 40 hours per week
Attendance and punctuality are mandatory
This is an onsite position in Riverside, RI

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
