Role: Project Manager ILocation: Alameda, CA - 94502
Duration: 12 Months
Shift Timings: 9 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities: Work closely with the GSM operations team, global marketing managers, and MLR review teams.
Coordinate and manage daily marketing materials with the Operations Specialist.Prioritize, track, and escalate global marketing materials through the MLR process.
Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Occasionally interact with senior leadership.
Qualifications: Up to 5 years of experience or recent graduate.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritize, track projects, and pay attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with medical, legal, regulatory, or quality teams.
Background in highly regulated industries.Familiarity with taxonomy and metadata.
Notes: Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential.
Experience in coordinating projects and handling logistics is crucial.Veeva experience is highly preferred.
Ideal candidates have a background as a marketing coordinator, associate, or admin, not in IT or product marketing.
