Repair Technician 1st Shift
Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Repair Technician 1st Shift opening for our client in Whitsett, NC.
Location: Whitsett, NCDuration: 2 years
Duties:
- Perform repair and service on personal computers.
- Accurately diagnose technical issues and achieve first-time fix rates to meet customer service levels.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling repairs both at the repair station and in other designated areas as required.
- Complete all other duties as assigned by the management team, including Supervisors and Leads.
Skills:
- Strong PC repair skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Experience:
- Prior experience in PC repair is required.
- Experience in a fast-paced technical environment is preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
