Office Manager

We are working with a client who is looking for a skilled and organized Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for bookkeeping, payroll and be familiar with QuickBooks Online. They will also have experience in HR and operations duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall office administrative activities
• Supervise bookkeeping procedures, including managing invoices and tax payments
• Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain organized and updated financial records
• Proficiently utilise QuickBooks Online for financial records and transactions
• Oversee operations and ensure that they are consistent with company policy
• Participate in HR tasks, including hiring processes, benefit administration, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with members of different levels of the organization to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute in planning and implementing office policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an office manager or relevant administrative role
• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks Online
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and payroll procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• HR experience will be considered an asset
