As the Commercial Fleet Sale Manager, you will assess all the departments staff and all policies and procedures, evaluate and look for ways to improve fleet sales. Growth is part of the job description, additionally, bringing in a culture or great customer service, accountability and profitability are essential to success for our Group Fleet Manager.Does this sound like you?

This dealership is based in Nashville area, with other stores in several states. As you may know, Nashville is booming with a lot of construction. There is a tremendous opportunity for light and medium duty truck sales.
This ideal candidate will also possess the following skills/experiences/abilities:
- Successful Fleet Manager experience with a proven record
- Expertise with selling and servicing light and medium duty trucks
- Ability to spec out truck upfitting
- Excellent work ethic
- Proven high performer (we will ask for examples of where you raised the bar)
- Ability to build and lead your team
- Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with sales staff, service and office
- Integrity
- Financial statement savvy
- Must be very up to date with the online auto buyer and the social media users
- Ability to relocate to Nashville area
