We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. The individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing communication, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact, managing receptionist duties and acting as a first impressions coordinator.
- Handle and direct inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage mail and package deliveries, ensuring secure handling and distribution.
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain accurate data entry, using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attend to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient correspondence.
- Manage the assignment of guest badges, adhering to secure sign-in policies.
- Oversee the ordering and delivery of daily lunches for the executive team.
- Support in the handling of invoices and bills, including scanning and filing.
- Assist in planning food for employee meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Proven experience in efficiently handling inbound calls with a detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing courteous and detail-oriented service.
- Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle email correspondence in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
- Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present detail-oriented presentations.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
- Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring optimal time management.
