Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is seeking a full-time Attorney to join our client's thriving Trust & Estates practice group in Park Ridge, Illinois. This role involves managing various aspects of estate planning and probate/trust administration, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in estate planning and probate/trust administration operations.
• Utilize case management software to maintain and track case progress.
• Provide legal advice and solutions in areas related to elder law and guardianship law.
• Maintain strong legal research, written, and oral communication skills.
• Cultivate long-standing relationships with clients and foster a client-focused environment.
• Ensure all work adheres to legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain licensing and good standing status in Illinois.
• Contribute to the growth of the national practice.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in estate planning and probate/trust administration laws and regulations.
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of estate planning experience.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
