Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide dedicated administrative and organizational support to senior management. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day activities by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and handling confidential information with discretion.This position requires exceptional time management, multitasking ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Monitor and manage senior management’s schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (Source: RH Acronym Guide).
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and prioritizing messages or inquiries (Source: RH Acronym Guide).
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, documents, and presentations accurately and efficiently; take minutes during meetings when needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases for senior executives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment (Source: RH Acronym Guide - Executive Assistant).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and other project management software.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
