Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a detail oriented and friendly service is provided at all times.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all communication is handled promptly and in a detail oriented manner.
- Manage the office email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
- Perform receptionist duties, including welcoming and checking in visitors.
- Uphold administrative office processes to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Implement a system for tracking and maintaining accurate records.

- Demonstrated experience in Receptionist Duties is required
