ESL Install Team Lead
Overview:
You will support implementation of customer engagement, managing critical successful project outcomes: on time, on budget, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Primary focus is on Electronic Shelf Labels. Leverage, establish and/or refine and implement standards, processes, documentation, tools, and metrics for project management in support of various projects, using existing partner resources as a foundation.We are seeking an experienced and proactive ESL Install Team Lead to oversee the installation of electronic tags at various locations throughout the U.S. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure seamless integration with existing systems while delivering high-quality installations on time.
Responsibilities:
- On-site Management of all aspects of ESL installation with a focused responsibility for the technical aspects of the implementation.
- Clearly communicate expectations to all internal team members, external partners / subcontractors, and customers to align scope, goals, deliverables, key performance indicators, required resources, communications, budget, and timing.
- Installation Execution: Travel to multiple locations to lead comprehensive store-wide installations of electronic tags, ensuring successful integration with existing systems.
- Project Coordination: Effectively lead and coordinate project teams to guarantee timely and efficient completion of installations, consistently meeting or exceeding project deadlines.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Rapidly identify and resolve technical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques, minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Resource Management: Expertly manage time and resources to optimize project workflow, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality installations.
- Training & Development: Conduct thorough training sessions for the installation team and store personnel on the installation, use, and maintenance of electronic tags, improving overall store operations and customer service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of installations and service reports, contributing to improved project tracking and accountability.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of ESL installation technicians, monitoring work progress to ensure successful completion of all standard operating procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership, preferably in a technical installation environment.
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must have strong Technical Acumen Must have experience with full scaled technology deployment and support in food retailing
- Must possess well-developed, complex account, customer relationship management skills.
