Marketing Assistant/Analyst 3

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to support strategic marketing initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role requires expertise in campaign management, project management, and independent execution to develop and oversee marketing communications across multiple business lines, including Medicare, IFP, Group, and Elderly segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Oversee and execute email, direct mail, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers, SMEs, studio teams, and legal/compliance teams to ensure accurate and compliant marketing materials.
• Creative Development: Develop creative briefs and marketing strategies, providing input on messaging and branding consistency.
• Project & Budget Management: Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Marketing Compliance & Proofing: Review proofs and final marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and recommend data-driven optimizations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7+ years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, and project execution.
• Strong background in pharmacy-related products or healthcare marketing (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience working independently in fast-paced environments with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Hands-on experience in marketing compliance, legal reviews, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Must-Have: Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics
