Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager, AI and AIOps

Location: Remote-Home Office: California ( Bay Area)

We are in search of a Senior Product Marketing Manager with deep expertise in AI and to help drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for the products comprising Riverbed’s AI and AIOps strategy. Riverbed, the leader in AIOps for Observability, enables IT teams to embrace and implement AI that works.

We do this through AI embedded products, the AI-optimized Riverbed Platform, and through AI Data Networking solutions that securely deliver apps and data at every scale over every network.

What you will do:

  • Develop differentiated product positioning by understanding customer use cases/needs/desired outcomes, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces for growing the base and securing new logos.
  • As an expert in AI and AIOps, you will contribute to portfolio-wide product launches and help create broader stories focused on Enterprise/B2B business challenges that relate implementing practical AI that works
  • Reporting to the AI Product Marketing Senior Director, you will be responsible for positioning, messaging and content creation to support launches and campaigns that include your areas of portfolio ownership. You will understand the market landscape, define/refine target personas for both business and technical decision makers, and provide content to efficiently drive customers through their full journey with Riverbed’s solutions.
  • Plan and execute product launches with related sales enablement to cross-functional teams (spanning Product Management, Marketing, Support, Service, Sales, Channels)
  • Collaborate with sales to understand & support ongoing enablement and maximize impact of messaging for an enterprise audience.
  • Build compelling content in the form of presentations, battle cards, white papers, messaging, and competitive positioning, etc. that will be used by direct sales and channel for positioning Riverbed’s AI Data Networking solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Develop and own GTM strategy for the enterprise audience, including both executive and technical decision makers in coordination with Sales and Enablement team.
  • Analyze competitive offerings and develop positions for our differentiation.
  • Be a strong advocate and spokesperson for Riverbed in blogs, webinars, industry forums, AR/PR activities, etc.

What makes you an ideal candidate:

  • 5 years product marketing experience in the AIOps segments, experience with data networking a plus.
  • Passionate storyteller who can articulate a compelling vision both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to simplify technical content into easy-to-understand concepts and value propositions.
  • Self-Starter who can identify gaps and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and energetically pursue them to completion.
  • Team player with customer-first mentality who can work across an organization to build a plan, get alignment, and execute it.
  • Driven leader who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and who can operate independently to build out new programs and initiatives.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a distributed, highly effective global team with willingness to travel up to 15%.
